CONTINGENCY TRAINING 12/17 AND
12/18. ALL OF THESE TRAININGS
ARE 8:30AM-3PM. STUDENTS WILL
BE REQUIRED TO BE ON LOCATION
AT EITHER STEVENS OR
SNOQUALMIE PASSES 7 WEEKEND
DAYS (SAT. OR SUN.) BETWEEN
1/7-3/17 FROM 8AM-3PM. STUDENTS
WILL CHOOSE FROM A RANGE OF
INSTRUCTIONAL ROLES TO
SUPPORT. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR
OWN SKI/SNOWBOARD/SNOWSHOE/
CROSS-COUNTRY EQUIPMENT FOR
INSTRUCTIONAL ROLES. DEEPLY
DISCOUNTED SEASON PASS TO
EITHER SKI AREAS WILL BE
PROVIDED.
Catalog Description:
Analyzes disability representations in literature, film, and other cultural texts; social science approaches to disability marginalization and empowerment; intersectionality of disability with other markers of diversity and identity. Offered: jointly with CHID 332/DIS ST 332; AWSpS.
