Join the LSJ program for our second Day of Service this year at the Ryther Center in Lake City on Saturday, April 26th from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. We will be weeding, landscaping, spreading bark chips or mulch and helping with other projects throughout the Ryther campus. If you would like to participate in the Day of Service, RSVP by April 16th to lsjalums@UW.edu.
Ryther offers autism diagnostics and assessments and teen drug and alcohol treatment. The 10-acre Ryther campus includes four cottages where children have their own rooms and also a K-8 school and covered play area. For more information about the Ryther Center take a look at their website here.
Please prepare for inclement weather. No need for people to bring gloves or tools – Ryther will provide those – as well as ponchos if needed. Light snacks will be provided.
